Tell us about your team or would you like to highlight someone special?
We’ve got the best team around led by our long-time manager Ted. He’s particularly adept at helping us stock the yarns you won’t find in many other stores. He’s also a brilliant, patient teacher. He’s the best.
What yarn do you stock that you feel doesn’t get the attention it deserves?
Our focus is choosing yarns at a variety of price points that you won’t find in other shops, from Scheepjes to Lamana, CaMaRose to Holst Garn.
What class offerings do you have coming up?
We post class offerings at https://yarnery.com/learn/ throughout the year, posting a few at a time, so it’s constantly changing. Be sure to check our website for the latest offerings.
Do you have any upcoming trunk shows or other events?
We’re currently featuring the work of designer Yumiko Alexander. She creates beautiful patterns with her own line of DanDoh yarns, and we recently started stocking her Silk+ and Linen yarns. They’re gorgeous.
Do you offer a MKG discount or a frequent buyer club?

Is there anything else you’d like us to feature? ie: are you committed to providing extra benefits to employees? are you involved with a local charity? are you committed to being green?
Proceeds of our entire One Yarn Collection benefit trans and gender-expansive resources. As a result of this program we’ve been able to donate thousands of dollars to Minnesota-based programs that support trans youth and health.
