Are you joining in on Olive Knits’ 4 Day KAL for the Sailaway sweater this July? A few of us are and thought it would be fun to have a little get together to cast our sweaters on. Haven’t heard of the 4 Day KAL? Here are all the details.
We’ll be meeting at Venn Brewing to enjoy a cold beer or iced coffee and encourage each other to get those sweaters started. Of course, if you aren’t doing the knit along, you are still welcome to join us for some Friday happy hour knitting.
Food & Drink: Venn has espresso drinks, coffee, tea, soda, and juice, as well as beer. You can bring in your own water. You are welcome to bring your own food. There is typically a food truck on site after 4pm.
Getting There: The Blue Line 46th Street Station is just outside the brewery. It just down Hwy 55 from Minnehaha Falls and the Grand Rounds bike path. There are Venn specific parking spots to the north of the building and on-street parking.
You can also park at the Fort Snelling Park and Ride and take the Blue Line north 3 stops.
Dogs: Dogs are welcome.
